Hi, I’m Jeff Melton — a Realtor with lifelong roots in agriculture and a passion for helping people make confident real estate decisions. Before joining the real estate world, I spent many years in Ag Business Sales and worked as a farmer, giving me hands-on experience with the land, the lifestyle, and the communities I now serve.

I’ve spent much of my life involved in conservation and habitat work through Pheasants Forever and the Soil and Water Conservation Board. I also own a pest control business and do wildlife nuisance work — all of which help me understand the needs of landowners on a deeper level.
